When Nick first called me about finally proposing to the love of his life, I couldn’t be more excited for them! He was planning to fly Lauren from Indiana to the West Coast (aka the best coast) for the first time and it would also be her first time visiting a beach! After brainstorming over a couple San Diego locations, he decided to pop the question at the balcony of the glorious Glorietta Bay Inn hotel. This hotel is an icon landmark in Coronado and has amazing panoramic views of the Coronado bridge and beach. I arrived early, took the manual elevator up, squatted behind the furnitures and was ready. When the moment came, nothing mattered and it was all about their pivotal moment of truth! She was smiling ear to ear, a clear YES. Afterwards, we went around Coronado and took some freshly engaged portraits. I’ll never forget the moment Lauren saw the ocean for the first time while Nick watched her. They’re too cute. Congrats Nick and Lauren!
